SUMMARY:Winter Solstice Retreat
DESCRIPTION:As the longest night of the year invites us inwards join us for a deeply nourishing Winter Solstice Retreat.\nThis immersive experience is an opportunity to slow down\, reconnect and restore through a blend of gentle yoga\, intuitive body movement and hear opening cacao ceremony.\nWe will get the body moving with a gentile yoga session with Meg Brown. We will break for afternoon tea and enjoy a cacao ceremony. We will then journey into stillness with a guided yoga nidra and the soothing resonance and healing affects of sound bowls with Nora Bone. This will create a space for integration\, reflection and renewal.\nHonour the turning of the seasons and give yourself permission to pause\, reset and realign.\nAll levels welcome. Come along as you are – BYO mat and blanket. There will be some available if you do not have one.\n\nThe cost is $20 no concession
