Under 18s accompanied by an adult. \nWhere: Marrar Woorn Neighbourhood House\, 6 Pengilley Ave\, Apollo Bay VIC \n  \nSummary\nThis nourishing and inspiring workshop is the first of four gatherings in the Ebb & Flow Conversations Workshop Series\, inviting women from across the Otways to come together in shared learning\, storytelling\, and connection. Open to all ages and cycle stages\, this session introduces the foundations of Menstrual Cycle Awareness\, weaving together knowledge of the four inner tides\, simple cycle-tracking practices\, and the lived wisdom of women from menarche through to menopause. Together\, we create a supportive\, cross-generational space to slow down\, reconnect with our cyclical nature\, and strengthen community through shared experience. \nDetails\nHeld in the gentle rhythm of early autumn\, this opening workshop offers a grounding and reflective pause — a chance to notice patterns\, begin your cycle awareness practice\, and learn alongside others. Participants will explore the four inner tides\, learn how to track their cycle (bleeding or no-bleed)\, and take part in respectful\, inclusive conversations that honour personal stories and collective wisdom. This session lays the foundation for the Ebb & Flow Conversations Workshop Series\, with each workshop building on the last. \n  \n
